A rationalist villa from the 1930s–40s (project of 1933), by Miguel Martín-Fernández de la Torre, the architect who introduced modern architecture to Gran Canaria. Listed by the Docomomo Ibérico Foundation. The home of the family behind Cerveza Tropical, kept by the family ever since.
